Scuba Center is an authorized dealer for all the products we sell. We order directly from the manufacturer / distributor of the items to give you the best quality and service. When you purchase your equipment from us, you will be receiving the Full Manufacturers Warranty... No games, No gimmicks.
Scuba Center is acting as an
authorized retail distributor of products manufactured by other
companies. Warranties vary from one manufacturer to another and within
product categories. As such, Scuba Center limits its guarantees and
warranties for products sold to those extended and allowed by the
manufacturer.
There are no expressed or implied warranties which extend beyond those
offered by the manufacturer. Since Scuba Center cannot control the use
of products after their sale, Scuba Center will not be responsible for
any direct, consequential or indirect damages to the purchaser or any
third party or ultimate user of the products.
Most manufacturers further limit or exclude warranty policies for equipment used in commercial or military applications.
Please contact us with any questions you may have either before or after your purchase. We invite you to contact the product manufacturer / distributor directly to verify that you are dealing with an authorized dealer.
