Scuba Center uses UPS as our primary
shipping method. Please note UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes (we will need a
physical address). Specify at time of order if a method other than
UPS Ground
Service is desired (Next Day Air,
2nd Day Air, 3
Day.). UPS Services for Hawaii and
Alaska are available via Next Day Air or
2nd Day Air. Consult UPS for more information on estimated transit times and services they
offer. |

Orders to Military addresses (APOs and FPOs) are shipped using US Mail.
Postal rates are calculated based on the destination as well as total
package weight and
insured value of your shipment. Consult the US Postal Service for details of their services. |

make sure that the email address you provide when ordering is accurate. Contact

Damaged Goods: |

Delivery to the carrier
constitutes delivery to the buyer. All shipments will be sent appropriately
insured. It is imperative that claims for missing or damaged merchandise be
filed with the carrier within 7 days of occurrence. Therefore, please notify
us immediately concerning damaged equipment, packages, or miss-shipments. |

Refused Shipments: |

Refused shipments may carry a
minimum restocking fee charge of up to 25% plus incurred freight and storage
costs. |
