Dive Rite Air Cells
Dive Rite | Dive Rite air cells are available in seven different styles. All air cells, with the exception of Travel Wings, will work with both the TransPac and nearly any technical back plate/harness combination (Travel Wings work only with the TransPac). Each Dive Rite air cell incorporates an airtight inner bladder, surrounded by a heavy-duty outer shell. Classic Wings, Super Wings, and SuperOne Wings have 22" inflator hoses. All other Dive Rite air cells utilize a 27" inflator hose. | Technical Diving Equipment

 The Dive Rite Travel EXP is part of the innovative line of 360 degree, donut-style wings that provide greater stability and control in the water. Now made of tough, 1680 ballistic nylon with a new oval shape, the Travel EXP is a lightweight, small-profile wing that is great for travel and warm-water, single tank diving. The donut-style provides an even volume of inflation on top, sides and bottom, which improves buoyancy control and promotes a more efficient, horizontal trim.

At 25lbs/11.3kg* of lift, the Travel EXP can accommodate one 80ft3/12 L tank with additional weight in pockets or a weight belt not to exceed 16lbs. As a part of our modular BCD system, it can be matched with either a TransPac, Transplate or any metal backplate and webbing harness.

 The Voyager EXP falls right in line with our other EXP models, touting a low-profile, donut-shape design. Streamlined side panels and a minimalist, oval shape create a higher-lift wing that remains unobtrusive instead of bulky. Tie-down (taco) tabs are no longer necessary.

With 35lbs/15.8 kgs lift the Voyager EXP is designed to accommodate up to one 95 ft3/15 L single tank, which is ideal for cold water diving or for the warm water diver who slings a pony or small stage.

 A hybrid wing, the Dive Rite Rec EXP can be worn on single or double tanks making it one of the most popular Dive Rite wings. When diving single tanks, two clips on each side of the wing attach to D-rings on the backplate, keeping the wing close to the diver’s body. This avoids the “taco” effect of the wing wrapping around the tank, away from the diver, which diminishes buoyancy control.

The Rec EXP can be a single or dual bladder wing. Its unique bladder design allows a single bladder Rec EXP to be altered to become a dual bladder wing at a later date, if desired. At full lift capacity, the Rec EXP has 45 lbs/20.4kg* of lift and can accommodate 95 ft3/15 L back mounted cylinders. The Rec EXP wing is designed for use with the TransPac, Transplate or metal backplates.

 Designed to be worn with double tanks or singles, the Dive Rite Rec Wing is their most popular due to its versatility. The Rec Wing employs a Gusset Control System (GCS) cord woven through tabs on the front face of the wing. When tightened, the cord limits lift capacity so the Rec Wing can be used with single backmount tanks. When the GCS cord is loosened, the Rec Wing provides its full lift capacity of 45 pounds/20.4 kg* of lift and can accommodate two 95 ft3/15 L back mounted cylinders. Loose or tight, the GCS cord helps the Rec Wing maintain a small profile for divers traversing in tight passages and the cord compression helps in dumping air. Tough, ballistic nylon outer bag protects the wing from tears and abrasion. The 15-mil urethane bladder is abrasion resistant, chemical resistant and resists the growth of microorganisms. The Rec Wing is designed for use with the TransPac, TransPlate or any webbing-style harness.

 The Classic EXP is part of our innovative line of 360 degree, donut-style wings that provide greater stability and control in the water. The Classic EXP is an adjustable lift wing, sporting an optional Gusset Control System cord that can be used to further streamline the wing for wreck penetration or smaller size doubles. The GCS is not a bungee wing because it does not restrict air flow; instead the GCS promotes added streamlining and buoyancy control, yet allows the wing to full inflate to its full capacity.

The Classic EXP can be a single or dual bladder wing. Its unique bladder design allows a single bladder Classic EXP to be altered to become a dual bladder wing at a later date, if desired. At full capacity, the Classic EXP offers 65 lbs/27.2 kg* of lift, accommodating two 104 ft3/17L back mounted cylinders and two 80 ft3/11L stage bottles. The Classic EXP wing is designed for use with the TransPac, Transplate or metal backplates.
