Dive
Rite has been at the forefront of
exploration since 1984. Founded by and still staffed by some of the most
notable cave explorers, Dive Rite offers one of the most expansive and
widely copied product lines. As a matter of fact, Dive Rite equipment has
accompanied many divers on their exploration, including some that are now
selling their own brand. Dive Rite offers the highest quality equipment,
field proven by true explorers and Technical divers. Dive Rite set the
standard to which all others aspire.
All Dive Rite manifolds use
two barrel o-rings to seal either end of the cross-bar, which provides
better shock absorption and redundancy compared to the old-style
metal-to-metal seal manifolds. Both 200 bar and 300 bar manifold valves
have a 180mm isolation crossbar that fits both 7.25-inch and 8-inch
diameter tanks and recessed burst disks are protected from accidental
shearing. The Dive Rite 200 bar manifolds can be converted from yoke to
DIN by removing the insert (doughnut) with a 8 mm Allen wrench. This
manifold is the most popular since yoke, 200 bar, or 300 bar regulators
can be used with it. Shock absorbing ribbed rubber knobs are rugged, yet
easy to manipulate. All Dive Rite manifolds and valves come with Viton
o-rings and oxygen compatible lubricants and are Nitrox ready up to
40-percent.
