| *As of June 1, 2003 all Luxfer Aluminum
cylinders manufactured between 1972 and 1988 will require a Visual Eddy Inspection every 2
1/2 years. This schedule is in addition to (and not a replacement for) annual visual
inspections and Hydro inspection every 5 years. The purpose of this testing is to
detect the possibility of sustained-load cracking (SLC) that can potentially occur in
