Damaged Goods:

Delivery to the carrier constitutes delivery to the buyer. It is imperative that claims for missing or damaged merchandise be filed with the carrier within 7 days of occurrence. Therefore, please notify us immediately concerning damaged equipment, packages, or miss-shipments.

Refused Shipments:

Refused shipments may carry a minimum restocking fee charge of up to 25% plus incurred freight and storage costs.
