OTS Buddy Phones D2
The Buddy Phone® D2 is a digital, micro-miniature, ultrasonic transceiver allowing communication between two or more scuba divers or surface stations. Using "Digital Signal Processing" (DSP) techniques, the Buddy Phone produces uncompromising speech clarity. The Buddy Phone® D2 differs from the older "standard" Buddy Phone in that it is digitally controlled and has some fantastic new features such as: a voice menu to guide you adjust your Volume, change from channel A to Channel B or put the Buddy Phone in a continuous voice transmission mode. Nominal Range: 50 to 500 meters depending on sea conditions & noise levels.

Voice Menu: When you submerge with a D2 Buddy Phone, you will hear the voice system say "Buddy Phone ON, frequency A (B), channel one (four), volume High (Medium, Low)," depending on the prior dive's settings. Changing a setting is easy and can be done while underwater. Depress the Push-to-talk switch (PTT) three times quickly and hold the third depression until you hear "main menu - volume, channel, continuous transmit." When you hear the main menu selections, simply depress the PTT to select one of the choices. The unit will make the selection and go back to the receive mode. If you don't make a selection after the menu repeats twice, the D2 Buddy Phone goes out of the main selection menu and back to the receive mode (see operators manual for a more detail explanation) (note: continuous transmit mode allows the user to talk, hands free. This was requested by many movie makers and scientist who talk on camera often).

The RX-100 Buddy Phone® Receive Only unit is designed as an acoustic underwater listening device to be used with all Buddy Phone® or Aquacom® transceivers within range and on the same frequency. The diver simply attaches the RX-100 to his own face mask (mask not included) and is ready to go.  When the diver enters the water, the RX-100 powers up and cycles to the receive mode - ready to receive a message.

OTS SSB-2010 / Ear/Mic Assemblies
The Aquacom® SSB-2010 transceiver is a 3 watt, multichannel single sideband underwater telephone designed with the Professional Search & Rescue Teams in mind.  The SSB-2010 can be configured to operate with virtually any style full face mask (ffm) or mouth mask with the addition of the appropriate Ear/Mic Assembly. The SSB-2010 offers four channels that match the STX-101.

OTS SP-100D2 Buddy Phone surface comm unit -- The OTS SP-100D Surface Buddy Phone ® is newly designed. The OTS designed gear bag prolongs the life of your FFM, OTS communications gear, or other sensitive equipment by combining a rugged nylon outside shell with a closed cell padded inside. It features user configurable compartments capable of storing three diver units; a FFM and diver unit; or a headset, portable surface unit with room to spare.

Made of 420D nylon with polypro webbing, corrosion resistant nylon hardware and closed cell foam padding. Comes with a shoulder strap and a rubberized shoulder pad.
